The hard drives of the SilverStore 2-Drive NAS can be easily removed from the enclosure, so you can replace the drives to increase the capacity if necessary. Removing the drives is simple: at the front of the device, unlock the removable rack and slide out the drive. The internal drive is mounted to the removable rack without any screws! Changing the drive really is child''s play! Tonido is a software and service that can make files and media available to you anywhere through a webbrowser or from mobile phones. It is a new way to share your files, media and other information with anyone around the world without having to upload to third-party sites first. You have access to 100% of your files on the NAS from anywhere. You don''t need to upload any files - all your files are directly served from the SilverStore. You don''t have any storage limits - your hard drive storage capacity is the limit.

 We will require a signature for all deliveries.

 Orders received before 4pm that are in stock and payment has cleared will be processed that day for delivery Monday to Friday (excluding UK Bank Holidays) between 8am and 5.30pm.

 Telephone contact information is required by the courier for every order so they can contact you directly if they have any problems delivering your order.

 Online tracking of your order, once dispatched, will be emailed to the email address you provided when placing your order. We try and provide all tracking details be 8am the day after the order was placed.

 Orders that are not in stock may take up to five days todeliver. If it may take longer than five days we will contact you with information and you can decide to cancel or wait for the order.

  These costs may be subject to weight limits and are priced to include a laptop or desktop computer.
